The terms that apply when you request a quote, site visit or installation from MK Invisible Grills.
Quotes & Site Visits
Site visits and quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after the visit and may vary from any verbal estimate given over phone or WhatsApp, based on actual running footage, wire grade and access difficulty.
Installation Scope
Installation covers the specific openings and wire grade agreed in the written quote. Any additional areas requested on-site will be quoted separately before work proceeds.
Warranty Terms
Warranty covers cable tension, tensioner hardware failure and material defects for the period stated on your warranty card, and excludes damage from external causes such as fire, deliberate cutting, or structural building damage.
Payment
Payment terms (advance and balance) are agreed in writing at the time of quotation and vary by project size.
Cancellations
Scheduled installations may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
