Measurement and marking
Every job starts with measuring the opening width and height at multiple points to account for any irregularity in the frame or wall, since cables need to fit snugly without sagging. Mounting points are then marked evenly along the sides of the opening.
Bracket fixing
Brackets or end posts are fixed into the marked points — ideally into structural concrete or a solid wall/frame rather than decorative elements alone, since this is what the whole system's load-bearing capacity ultimately depends on.
Threading and tensioning
Cables are threaded through the brackets one at a time. One end is attached with a turnbuckle, the cable is pulled taut, and the other end is secured. The turnbuckle is then adjusted until the cable is tight without bending the frame, repeated for each cable at even spacing.
Final inspection and stress test
Once every cable is tensioned, the technician checks for loose brackets or sagging, then applies controlled hand pressure at multiple points to confirm the system resists force without bending or loosening. Only after passing this check is the installation considered complete, and a maintenance and warranty explanation is given before handover.
